Abstract:

The dynamic characteristics of feeding system is a key factor to realize requirements of high speed, high efficiency and high precision of CNC spinning machining center. Based on the dynamic parameter model of CNC spinning horizontal machine center feeding system, the multi-rigid and rigid-flexible virtual prototype model of feeding system was established by software ADAMS, and the kinematic curve of machine tool table as well as the driving torque and driving power curve of screw axis during rapid positioning process were obtained by kinematics and dynamics simulation. The results show that the motion curve of machine tool table obtained by rigid-flexible model can meet the requirement of continuous and steady motion of feeding system, and it is fit for the actual situation more than multi-rigid model. The maximum driving torque and driving power of screw axis are less than the rated torque and rated power of servo motor, which shows that the virtual prototype meets the design requirement and can provides a design reference for the development of the physical prototype.
