Abstract:

 The kinematic equation of fine blanking press with doublecrank sevenbar linkage was derived by the method of complex vector, and each input design parameter was set as a variable by the parameterized functions provided by ADAMS. Then, the parametric model of doublecrank sevenbar linkage fine blanking press with motion constraints was established by parametric hinge coordinates, and the special module of fine blanking press with doublecrank sevenbar linkage was developed based on the secondary development functions of ADAMS, and the above modeling process was conducted automatically to facilitate user to modify model parameters. Based on the parametric model, the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of slider in the fine blanking process were simulated and analyzed. The results show that the fine blanking press with doublecrank sevenbar linkage has characteristics of quick return, stable displacement, small speed and acceleration in the working stroke, which are beneficial to improve the efficiency and precision of fine blanking press.
