Abstract:

In order to solve the design problem of the press with specific processing capability, according to the speed versus time curve of the press slider provided by the user, a transmission mechanism of the press approaching the above speed curve was designed. Firstly, the given speed curve of the slider was analyzed, and the corresponding time and speed values were extracted from the curve to fit Spline curves. Secondly, structure of the transmission part of the press was established, the function and motion principle of each component were described, and the simplified structural principle diagram and corresponding mathematical model were established. Finally, the motion of the press slider was optimized by the generalized simplified gradient method in combination with the mathematical model and the extracted data of the slider motion. According to the motion principle of the press transmission mechanism, the constraint condition was determined, and the calculation analysis was conducted by the above theory method to obtain the transmission structure of press approximated with the user's demand.
