Abstract:

A stamping process scheme of automobile door inner panel was introduced, and the application of upper die with double-cavity characteristic and multi pressure core structure in trimmingsizing die of automobile door inner panel was also presented.Through the analysis on the stamping process and die structure of automobile door inner panel, the product structure and process die surface were optimized by adopting the process scheme of first shaping and then trimming after deep drawing combining with CAE simulation analysis, and the problems of cracking and wrinkling in the forming process were solved effectively. In the trimming-sizing die, the inner pressure core and the left/right outer pressure core structures controlled by the inner and outer double-row side pins were used to press the both sides of area to be shaped simultaneously, and the bulging and work hardening occurred during shaping. Therefore, while the shape of product was realized, the rigidity around the product was also promoted, and the springback was reduced. The actual production shows that the stamping process scheme is feasible and effective, and the mass production is realized. Furthermore, the accuracy, quality and edge covering assembly effect for the single automobile door inner panel are better.
