Abstract:

 

 
The stamping process and schemes of cooler lower mounting bracket were analyzed,and the stamping process scheme with tenstation progressive die  for manufacturing the part were put forward. The design of the overall structure and the main parts of multistation progressive die for cooler lower mounting bracket were presented, including main working parts, positioning parts, guiding pats and stripper plates. To assure the strip moving synchronously and running smoothly, lifting guide devices were used, and the die manufacturing technology was also analyzed. Considering the structural characteristics of workpiece fully, the die realizes the automatic feeding and unloading, and the working procedures of automatic feeding,piercing, blanking,forming,hole flanging and separation were finished in single stroke of press by the die. The results show that the nesting scheme and the tenstation progressive die are reasonable and feasible, which are suitable for largescale production of cooler lower mounting bracket.
