Abstract:

 The application of direct drive electrohydraulic servo system on die forging hammer was studied, and a new direct drive electrohydraulic servo die forging hammer control system was proposed. Then, the direct drive hydraulic control system schematic of die forging hammer was designed, and the working principle and advantages were analyzed comprehensively. Through the study of energy control principle of the new die forging hammer, the indirect conversion control method of the energy storage and the conversion principle were proposed. The theoretical analysis proves that the energy efficiency of the system and the controllability of strike energy can be improved. Furthermore, the mathematical models of AC servo motor and pump control cylinder system were set up, and based on this, the mathematical model of direct drive electrohydraulic servo die forging hammer control system was established. On the Simulink platform, the simulation model of the system was built, and the dynamic characteristics of the system were simulated and analyzed. The relative stability of the system was proved by the amplitude margin and phase margin in the Bode diagram. It can be seen from the time domain simulation curve that the dynamic response time of the pump control system can satisfy the die forging hammer condition, and the feasibility of the direct drive electrohydraulic servo die forging hammer control system is verified effectively.
