Abstract:

 For the problems of high labor intensity, high cost, low efficiency and high defective rate caused by the manual loading and unloading of traditional spinning machine, a robot loading and unloading spinning station was designed, and the processes of loading plate, unloading finished products and accurate storage were automatically completed by the cooperation of robot and spinning machine. Then, a set of flexible fixture was designed for processing raw materials of different sizes and surface treatments including several claw arms and driving devices. Furthermore, the action of claw arm was driven by the driving device, and antiskid parts were installed on the claw arm to prevent the claw arm from loosening when it clamped raw materials or finised products. Thus, the whole process effectively improves production efficiency and reduces labor intensity without manual intervention, and the equipment is applied in the actual production to reduce the number of employees from 21 to 5 and recovery the cost within one year. Finally, various technical indicators are good.
