Abstract:

A kind of condition monitoring device for rolling mill based on piezoelectric energy capture power supply with bandwidth self-adjusting was studied, which could adjust its structure and change its natural frequency according to different external excitation frequency to realize the resonance of piezoelectric energy capture device under the external excitation. Furthermore, the mathematical model of the piezoelectric energy capture device with bandwidth self-adjusting was established, the finite element simulation and the experimental research of natural frequency were carried out, and the influences of different cantilever beam lengths on the natural frequency and the voltage of piezoelectric energy capture power supply device under different external excitation were analyzed theoretically. The results show that the resonance frequency range of piezoelectric energy capture device includes the main vibration frequency range when the device works, and the output voltage of power supply device is more stable by adjusting the length of cantilever beam repeatedly.
