Abstract:

In order to improve the straightening accuracy of tube and the detection equipment of the current tube straightener, for the problem that is difficult to straighten the head and tail of tube, based on the principle of six-roller straightening, the full length of tube was straightened by a composite roller profile tube straightener combined with a hyperbolic roller profile and a reverse bending roller profile, and the relationship between stress, strain and curvature in bending deformation was analyzed. Then, the middle pair of rollers adopted the reverse bending roller profile to improve the straightening effect at the end of tube. At the same time, a device for detecting the flatness of tube with an accuracy of 0.01 mm was designed to check whether the straightening products met the requirements. If it was not satisfied, the error data was measured to feed back to the production equipment for timely adjustment to produce high-precision products. The results also provides theoretical support for on-line detection of tube straightening.
