Abstract:

For the technical problem on how to accurately and smoothly cut the roll-formed profiled cross-section part from the continuous rolling stripe in a rolling production line of sheet metal part, taking the column part in the library bookshelf as an example, the structural shape and production process of the profiled cross-section part were studied. Then, the cutting die of the sheet metal part with the profiled cross-section was initially introduced, and the roll forming of complicated sheet metal parts with the profiled cross-section were solved by the design analysis on the die structure, the punch structure and the die frame structure of the profiled cross-section cutting die in the automatic production line of the sheet metal parts. Furthermore, the technical problem of the complicated sheet metal parts with the profiled cross-section cut off from the production line after rolling in the automatic production line was solved, and the production line did not stop when it was cut off. The automation degree and production efficiency of the production line were greatly improved, and the processing quality of parts was improved too.
