Abstract:

For the conveying problem of disctype precision forgings, a sequential steering conveying method of disctype precision forgings was proposed, the conveying form of multirow layout changing to singlerow layout and the scheme of multirow layout for disc-type precision forgings were studied. The conveying process was divided into two stages: in the first stage, the multirow conveying by the first conveying device was conduced, and in the second stage, the precision forgings were sequentially fed to the second conveying device through the automatic blanking device, and the steering and singlerow conveying were achieved. The multirow layout of the first conveying device was in two forms: from far to near, from near to far, respectively. The conveying speed of the second conveying device was set to ΔL/P, 2ΔL/P, 3ΔL/P, 4ΔL/P, respectively. Through the simulation analysis of the above eight combinations, a reasonable scheme was obtained. The research and application show that if the conveying speed of the second conveying device is set to 4ΔL/P, the layout form of from near to far for multirow layout scheme satisfies the conveying requirements of sequential steering.
