Abstract:

According to the structural characteristics of chuck parts and the technical requirements of actual production,the layout design of multistation progressive die was carried out. Since the chuck part structure is a symmetrical structure,the layout design adopted a symmetrical single row structure design,and the guide hole was designed to use the process hole of the part itself at the symmetry axis to ensure the strength of blanking and bending for sheet,and to ensure the feeding accuracy. At the same time,the guiding pin was used to determine the step distance. The multistation progressive die of the chuck part adopted a splicing structure,so that the workpiece and the waste were naturally separated,which was beneficial to reducing the labor costs. At the same time,since the times of bending for the part was more,in order to ensure the forming precision of sheet,the design of empty station was reasonably carried out,and the rebound of the formed part was prevented from affecting the accuracy of the part. The production results show that the multistation progressive die of chuck part can meet the production requirements of products. And the material utilization rate of mold is as high as 75.62%,which greatly saves the material.
