Abstract:
The stamping process performance was analyzed according to materials, structure characteristics and dimension precision of stapler stand, and the stamping process scheme and die structure were designed. The multi-station progressive die was adopted to produce stapler stand. The main structure characteristics and working process of die were introduced in detail. According to the characteristics of part structure, the longitudinal layout was chosen to design,and the layout scheme includes five stations of punching, idle station,end bending,idle station,cutting and side bending. In order to cooperate with automatic feeding device, the automatic ejecting device with wedge slider structure was designed to realize automatic pushing-out of formed parts by the opening and closing actions of die. And floating roof device was designed to ensure the smooth delivery of strip. The results show that the forming requirements for all characteristics of stapler stand formed by the multi-station progressive die can be realized, and the stamping production of high quality and high efficiency is achieved.
