Abstract:

The finite element model of stamping for door frame was established, and the drawing process was simulated. Then, the process notch was set at the stroke of 5 mm before drawing to the bottom to prevent the part from cracking. Based on the pressing force, bonding surface and pressing surface of die design, the full-process analysis tool body was established. Meanwhile, considering the influences of springback, gravity and positioning of part between processes, the full-process springback simulation of part was conducted, and the clamp scheme was determined by comparing the results of free springback and clamped springback. Furthermore, according to the result of clamped springback to determine the strategy and area of springback compensation, the theoretical qualified rate of mating surface is up to 95%, and the theoretical qualified rate of general surface is 96%. Finally, the qualified rate of the first tryout part is 91% to verify the effectiveness of springback compensation strategy.
