Abstract:

According to the structural characteristics, technical requirements and material performance of wiring fixing bracket, the layouts of two different wiring fixing brackets were analyzed and compared, and the solutions to problems that might arise in the production were proposed. Finally a reasonable layout was put forward, which was conducive to control the material forming. On this basis, a multi-position progressive die for wiring fixing bracket was designed, and the forming punch structure of dovetail groove combination was adopted to solve the difficulty of automatic unloading in the multi-position progressive die for wire fixing bracket. Furthermore, according to the structure characteristics of the multi-position progressive die for wire fixing bracket, the attention points in the design and manufacture of such progressive die were put forward. The production of enterprise shows that the multi-position progressive die of wire fixing bracket has smooth feeding, convenient automatic unloading and long die life, and the products completely meet the requirements of users.
