Abstract:

 In order to meet the demand of precise pressure control for mechanical servo press, a motion control system of automatic compensation and precise control for position and pressure was designed. Firstly, the position and pressure control principle of FANUC control system was analyzed. Then, the motion control system of automatic compensation for position and pressure was designed in the servo press. The system improved the feedback accuracy of strain pressure sensor by the regression calibration algorithm, and combining with FANUC servo motor and controller, the smooth switching between position mode and pressure mode was realized. Finally, the precise adaptive control of position and pressure for servo press was realized. The pressure feedback curves under different pressure load control conditions of servo press and the response characteristic curves of pressure and position were analyzed. The results show that the control system meets the accuracy and stability requirements of the position and pressure control for servo press.
