Abstract:

 For a internal limiting plate part in pinter, its structure characteristics and stamping process difficulty were analysed, and the stamping process scheme was designed. Then the layout and the multi-station progressive die structure were designed. The thirteen stamping processes, such as pressing line, V bending before bending, Z bending, deburring, punching and cutting were designed to ensure the forming requirement and quality of workpiece. The guiding device with twelve pairs of inner and outer guide pillars and bushings was designed for guiding at the same time, and the guide blocks for punch were designed to ensure guiding and stamping accuracies. The locating mode of lifter stock guide pins, guide pins and guide needles was adopted to improve the accuracy of multi-station progressive die. The elastic unloading device of unloading plates and spring-ejecting pins were adopted to improve the flatness of parts. The production result shows that the multi-station progressive die for the internal limiting plate in pinter meets the requirements of production. It provides a basis for the die structure design of similar parts.
