Abstract:

 In order to improve the production efficiency of automotive stamping manufacturing enterprises and reduce manufacturing costs, the first adjustment and rapid collinear linkage production of stamping dies were studied, and the necessary work such as the design and assembly of manipulator end picker involved in the first adjustment and collinear linkage production process, the simulation of automatic trajectory parameters the standardization of die air source parameters, the selection of die forming process parameters and the preparation of process parts for debugging etc. was researched after the new stamping die was returned to the factory. Then, a complete, efficient and orderly stamping die was formulated, and the standardization process for the first adjustment and collinear linkage debugging after the stamping dies entered the factory was very important. The results show that when the first adjustment and collinear linkage debugging of automobile stamping die is implemented in accordance with the standardized process, each link in the debugging process is implemented in accordance with the standard specifications, and the 8-hour automatic line-body collinear linkage subject of stamping a single set of die for automobile outer panels can be completed.
