Abstract:

 In order to solve the problems of complicated welding process, long cycle and high cost, as well as the quality depending on the skill level of welders in the production of steel bar anchor blocks of nuclear island pre-embedded parts in nuclear power station, a hot upsetting process was researched and developed, the steel bars were heated to above the plastic deformation temperature by high-frequency heating, and then the pre-embedded steel bar anchor blocks were processed by hot upsetting technology to achieve the production of steel bar anchor blocks of pre-embedded parts by plastic forming method. Then, the appearance size inspection, tensile experiment and metallographic analysis, etc. of steel bars anchor block samples after hot upsetting were carried out. The results show that the appearance size and tensile properties of the pre-embedded steel bar anchor block obtained by the hot upsetting process meet the design requirements, and can be used for mass production of pre-embedded steel bar anchor block. The research can provide reference for the production of similar components in the future.
