作为一种较成熟的快速制模工艺,机器人熔射快速制造金属模具工艺可广泛应用于家用电器、汽车、航空航天、医学等领域。机器人直接制造陶瓷原型是其中的一个重要工艺环节。本文建立了面向机器人熔射快速制模工艺的工业机器人成型加工系统,开发了面向复杂形状陶瓷原型的机器人多轴成型加工工艺。利用UG多轴铣加工模块的基本功能,采用辅助平面法来生成机器人的多轴铣削加工轨迹,能够灵活加工通常只有多轴数控机床才能加工的复杂模具型腔。实验结果表明,该工艺不仅提高了机器人的成型加工能力,还扩大了机器人熔射快速制模工艺的应用加工范围。

As one of the mature rapid tooling technology,robotic rapid spray metal tooling can be widely applied in the fields,such as home electric appliances,automobile,aerospace and medicine.Robotic direct fabricating ceramic prototype is an important technical step of the process.An industry robotic forming system wes presented based on the robotic rapid spray metal tooling.The robotic multi-axis machine process was developed for the complex ceramic prototype.According to the basic function of the multi-axis milling part of the UG software,an auxiliary plane method was adopted to generate the robotic multi-axis milling path.It could be used to manufacture the complex mould cavity nimbly which usually be machined by multi-axis NC machine.The experiment result shows that the robotic multi-axis machine process not only improves the robotic forming ability,but also extends the application field of the robotic rapid spray metal tooling.
