摘要:

 根据汽车门槛饰板支架的结构特点、技术要求和材料性能,确定其采用多工位级进模进行生产。设计了多工位级进模工艺排样图,包含冲孔、修边、弯曲、翻边、成形、整形、侧冲孔和分离等22个工步。模具采用自动送料系统,浮顶销+浮顶块作为浮动式物料导向机构,利用导正销和自动喂料机精确控制物料步距,采用弹性卸料器实现对物料的压卸。为提高导向精度,采用外导柱、内导柱和锥形定位块联合进行导向。设计了专用斜楔机构,解决了3个不同方向斜孔侧向冲压问题,保证孔的成形精度。设计了双重误送料自动检测装置,保证了模具的安全运行。结果表明:模具结构安全可靠,制件精度达到要求。 

 Based on the structural characteristics, technical requirements and material properties of car threshold decorative panel bracket, a multi-station progressive die was determined for production, and the process layout diagram for the multi-station progressive die was designed, including twenty-two steps such as punching, trimming, bending, flanging, forming, shaping, side punching and cutting. Then, the automatic feeding system in die was adopted with a floating pin and a floating block as the floating strip guide mechanism, the step distance was accurately controlled by the guide pin and automatic feeding machine, and the loading or unloading of strip was conducted by an elastic unloading device. Furthermore, in order to improve the guidance accuracy, a combination of external guide pillars, internal guide pillars and conical positioning blocks was used to guide, and a special dedicated wedge mechanism was designed to solve the lateral stamping problem of oblique holes in three directions and ensure the forming accuracy of the holes. In addition, a dual misfeeding automatic detection device was designed to ensure the safe operation of the die. The results show that the die structure is safe and reliable, and the forming accuracy of parts meets the requirements.
